BUILDER’S CLEANING DUTIES LIST
(Empty 2 – 4 bedroom house, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, no oven and no stove)
(Surcharge – per additional wet area, i.e. extra toilet, or additional en-suite)
(Surcharge – per additional dry area, i.e. extra bedroom, family room or rumpus room)
(1) BASIC CLEAN
• Toilet – clean pans & wash basin with disinfectant, empty bins, vacuum & wash floor, clean mirrors;
• Bathroom – wipe bathtub, wash shower alcove, wipe shower screen, wipe bench tops, wipe wash basin, empty bins, vacuum & wash floor, clean mirrors;
• Kitchen – wipe sink, wipe cupboards, wipe cook top, empty bins, wipe all surfaces, vacuum & wash floor;
• Vacuum – all floors;
• Mop – all hard floor surfaces;
• Dusting & Wiping – window sills, ledges, bench tops, shelves, light fittings, cabinets, draws, skirting boards, architraves, etc;
(2) EXECUTIVE CLEAN (BASIC CLEAN above plus the following duties…)
• Exhaust fans in bathroom, kitchen & laundry (not range hoods);
• Spot clean walls, light switches, power points, doors and woodwork;
• Electrical Appliances – fridge, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc..
• Light fittings wiped;
• Cobweb removal – internal & external;
• Verandas – sweep, remove cobwebs and dust.
• Window Ledges – sweep, remove cobwebs and dust.
OTHER SERVICES – POA if these services are required.
