To achieve a cleaner South Australia through caring about our clients, continual never-ending improvement and following The Cinderellas System.

We’ve hired the best people and immersed them in our Cinderellas culture.  We encourage a non-confrontational work environment that promotes trust, support and teamwork.  Our mission is to delight our client to such extremes as to create “evangelists” of them.  We want our customers to love us so much they can’t help but proactively recommend our products and services to others.  By delighting our current clients, they will inevitably create new customers for us.

We will provide quality cleaning products and strive for excellence in service delivery.

Where have we come from?

My name is Mark Ferdinands and I am the Managing Director of Cinderellas.  I was four years old when I found my passion for cleaning.  It started in the early 70’s when I started to put my toys away and tidy my bedroom.  Almost 40 years on and nothing has changed.  I’ve always said “The world is a dirty place!” …and I still love to clean.  Cinderellas is a commercial cleaning company that is wholly South Australian owned and operated.  Dad always said “Follow your passion son.”  So it was only natural that I would own a cleaning company one day!

Cinderellas is a “Full Spectrum” commercial cleaning company.   We are widely recognised as one of South Australia’s most progressive and innovative cleaning businesses.  We use the latest equipment and only employ the BEST people.

I get to employ these amazing people who love to work hard and get the job done.  We are results driven and always looking for a new challenge and a better way to do things.  .  We have a supportive, non-confrontational workplace culture that rewards “train engines” not “train carriages.” Can-do people are attracted to our firm because we have a clearly achievable vision for our staff and an identifiable career path.  Hard workers get rewarded.

Where are we headed? 

We are fiercely South Australian.  We expect growth.  Cinderellas will stay committed to grass roots SA footy and our partnerships with The South Australian Amateur Football League and the Sturt Football Club have been long and rewarding.  We are expanding our commercial contract cleaning activities and have just secured another major contract renewal with a large national law firm.  We have added five new apps to our “frontline operations.”  Using their smart phone our staff can perform site inspections, report issues and even quote on the spot with photos, using state of the art technology developed by one of Adelaide’s leading tech companies.  We have added two new property management groups to our client database and we continue our strong relationship with one of Australia’s largest body corporate strata management companies.  We currently provide our services to national and local strata and property management firms & property developers such as Ace Body Corporate, Lin Andrews Strata, MGA Whittles, LJ Hooker Commercial and LJ Hooker St Peters, Duke Group of Companies, Anthony Cirocco Design, Century 21 Golden Estates and Mastracorp. Our warehousing facility is open to the public and is located at 3/10 Unley Road, Unley.
