Cinderella's Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, bolon cleaning, washroom hygiene cleaning, window cleaning, exit/vacate cleaning, construction cleaning, and yard cleaning.
2.1 Booking Services: You may request our services by completing our booking form online or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your booking and provide you with a quote based on your requirements.
2.2 Payment: Payment for our services is due as specified in your invoice. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic funds transfer. Late or non-payment may result in additional fees.
3.1 Cancellation: If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
3.2 Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
You agree to provide our cleaning staff with access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time. If you cannot provide access, additional charges may apply.
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning session, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
Cinderella's Cleaning Services will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence on our part.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
